Steve has helped me out with both the regular servicing of my BMW and its preparation for a couple of overland journeys to Uzbekistan and across the Americas. Whatever the task thrown at him he bends over backwards to help and treats the bikes he is working on as though they are his own.

I'd recommend him to anyone looking for someone who takes a pride in the work they do...

Just to say a big thanks for your work on the bike today she is running like a dream. It was worth the ride over from Essex and have to say quality of your work matches the quality of the garage set-up...very nice indeed. Bike and I will be back for full overhaul in Nov in readiness for our Calums Road adventure.

Steve, many thanks. My bike has never run so well, seriously. I thought it ran well prior to visiting you but after leaving I wondered why it no longer popped and glugged like an old dirt bike. My fuel efficiency has improved greatly too which is nice. I only wish I had visited you before the trip via Somerset, North Wales and the South East.

Steve - Thank you for doing the service on my k1200 - the ride back home was great. The bike is running 100% better.

To watch the work you carried out on the bike made me realise just how much work goes into a service and made me appreciate the end result all the more.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your workshop to anyone thinking of having their bike serviced and I look forward to returning to your workshop with the LT when it is due its next check.

For the first time, I have moved from a BMW main-dealer service centre to this motoscot independent. The difference is marked, easy to deal with, no delays, no deep breaths about doing potentially expensive & 'unnecessary work' and a great feeling of confidence in the service work carried out. The bike runs much better and my wallet took less of a hammering into the bargain.

Just to add to all the above... picked my 1200GS up from Steve's on Sunday night and by the time I'd got to the end of his road was smiling, and by the time I got the slip road to the M1 had a huge grin that lasted all the way home, and all the way into this week.

Bike is running better than it did the day I bought it, sweet as a nut, and frisky like a puppy off its leash. Marvellous!! He's sorted the running, and the quality of the work on my long and varied list of stuff that needed fixing is faultless -

His patience and persistence with the major ‘buggeration’ of an immovable swing-arm bolt was admirable, including getting a piece machined to do the repair properly. Superb final result.

The man is a magician. I'll definitely be back for the next service, or when my clutch finally fails, whichever comes first...
